Terms and Conditions

  1. All the above gifts and rewards are available while stock lasts.
  2. The Radiant Carnival is only eligible for Clé de Peau Beauté members.
  3. The Radiant Carnival is applicable at our concept stores, image counters and official website.
  4. Online redemptions is required to check out with the purchased items.
  5. Accumulative spending is not transferable.
  6. Accumulative spending is valid from 20th July to 20th October 2023.
  7. 1.5x Accumulative Spending Bonus is valid from 24th August to 30th August 2023. Only purchases made during VIP WEEK will be eligible. However, initial spending amount of $20,000 for the Exclusive Luxury Plan during the VIP WEEK, will not be eligible for the 1.5x Accumulative Spending Bonus.
  8. All Radiant Rewards are valid for redemption from 20th July to 31st October 2023 and will be forfeited after 31st October 2023 without prior notice.
  9. Failure to redeem the reward within the redemption period will be deemed as a forfeiture of the right to redeem the gift without any compensation.
  10. Members must redeem the rewards in person and the redemption is non-transferable.
  11. Accumulative spending of returned or refunded products will be deducted or cancelled.
  12. The redemption is non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts and is non-returnable.
  13. Members shall not sell or resell any redeemed gifts.
  14. The redeemed gifts are not refundable and exchangeable.
  15. Clé de Peau Beauté Hong Kong will not reissue the gifts if members lose the redeemed gifts.
  16. Photos are for reference only. A substitution will be given without prior notice when the gift is out of stock.
  17. All results will be based on the computer records of Clé de Peau Beauté Hong Kong.
  18. Members must abide by all the rules, terms and conditions established by Clé de Peau Beauté Hong Kong and ensure the accuracy if information provided. Identify fraud is not allowed. In the event of violation, Clé de Peau Beauté Hong Kong is eligible to cancel the redemption and membership.
  19. Clé de Peau Beauté will not be liable for any casualties, personal loss, or damage.
