Step 1
Starting from the sides of the jaw, push four fingers upward, to the hollow under the cheeks. Hold for three seconds, then release.
Move hands slightly further apart, and push upward.
Move hands to the outer jaw, then lift upward once more.
Step 2
Starting from the inner brows, press with three fingers before lifting upward towards the hairline.
From the centre of the brows, lift upward.
